PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing fixed to a supporting element turnable with regard to a container between a closed position where a coating element is received in a housing and a waiting position where the coating element can be used for coating a stored content, and provide a coating device. SOLUTION: There are provided a packing including a container for storing a stored content such as a cosmetics or a skin care product, in particular, a coating element 14, and a coating device characterized in that the coating device is provided with a housing 13 for receiving the coating element; the stored content discharged out of the container flows into the housing; the device is made such that the coating element is fixed to a supporting element 23; the supporting element is rotatably arranged in regard to the container between a closed position where the coating element is received in the housing and a waiting position where the coating element can be used for coating the stored content.
