PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansible joint for a gutter allowing easy construction and exhibiting a good appearance after construction. SOLUTION: This expansible joint for the gutter is used for connecting the end parts of the gutter 10 to each other, and this joint is constructed of an outer gutter-shaped body 1 pressing the outside of the gutter 10, an inner gutter- shaped body 2 pressing the inside of the gutter, and a connection part 3 connecting the outer gutter-shaped body 1 and the inner gutter-shaped body 2 to each other at a clearance allowing insertion of the end part of the gutter 10. At least, the connection part 3 is formed of a foamed thermoplastic elastomer.
