SUBSTRATE HAVING RUGGED SHAPE ON SURFACE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate with a finely rugged film having good heat and alkali resistances and good adhesion and a method for producing the substrate and to use the substrate for a reflecting plate, a wedge for a light guide plate or the like. SOLUTION: The substrate having a rugged shape on the surface has >=60% light transmittance and has a functional cured film 2 obtained by curing a coating material containing a resin forming component based on a monomer or oligomer having a fluorene skeleton and a photopolymerization initiator as essential components on a flat substrate 1. The surface of the film is rugged, the mean value of proportion of its peak-to-valley height (Z=X-Y) is in the range of 0.60-0.95 and the peak-to-valley height is in the range of 0.05-3μm.
