PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enhancing bone formation. SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical combination comprising a prostaglandin agonist and HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor is provided. A method for using the above combination is provided. A kit comprising the above combination is provided. The above combination, method and kit are useful for enhancing the bone formation in mammals including humans, respectively.
