PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly efficiently operate outdoor units, when a plurality of capacity variable outdoor units are provided. SOLUTION: In an air-conditioning device provided with a plurality of capacity varying type outdoor units 11 and 12 (compressors A1 and A2), when the outdoor units are operated simultaneously, the minimum operation capacity of the respective outdoor units is set to a value higher than the minimum operation capacity, when the outdoor units 11 and 12 carries out single operation, lowering of operation efficiency is suppressed, and high efficient operation is effected.
