PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect injector noises of an engine at high precision. SOLUTION: Differential operation is made to a lift signal of a valve element B to open/close an injection hole of an injector for detecting valve detecting valve element speed (S101 and 102), and a squared value of a speed minimum value vi is integrated (S103). An integrated value V is multiplied by a weight m of the valve element B, and a total E of driving energy in valve closing seating is determined (S104). The total E of the driving energy is multiplied by a transmission coefficient H to determine the injector noise P (S105), and the determined value P is outputted (S106).
