PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid feeding device and a liquid feeding method capable of continuously feeding the desired liquid at a predetermined capacity with excellent accuracy even when feeding out the liquid whose viscosity fluctuates owing to the temperature, and feeding the liquid while maintaining the determined time and the dilution ratio with another liquid. SOLUTION: A flow rate adjuster 16 having a rotor comprising of a set of circular gears 24 in a body 20 accommodates the liquid (syrup) to be fed into a space B formed between teeth of the circular gears 24 and between inner walls of the body 20, and the syrup of the predetermined capacity can be continuously and reliably fed based on the rotation of the circular gears 24. The rotation of the circular gears 24 is controlled by driving a rotor drive motor 22 based on the pulse output by an encoder (not shown) outputting the pulse of the frequency according to the rotational speed. |
