PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the entry of rain water into the internal part of a gas plug through a gap between the outer peripheral surface of a rotation regulating member to regulate a rotation range of a handle and the inner periphery of an insertion hole in which the rotation regulation member is inserted. SOLUTION: A spot facing hole 45 is formed in the outside end part of an insertion hole 43. An annular protrusion part 63 is formed on the outside end part of an engaging shaft part 61 of the rotation regulation shaft 6 inserted in the insertion hole 43. When a male screw part 62 of the rotation regulation shaft 6 is threadedly joined with a female screw hole 44 and fastened, the annular protrusion part 63 makes annular surface contact with a bottom surface 45a of the spot facing hole 45 and the insertion hole 43 is sealed from the outside thereby.
