APPARATUS FOR ASSEMBLING PERMANENT MAGNET OF MAGNETIC ROLL FOR RESIN COATER

PURPOSE: An apparatus for assembling a permanent magnet of a magnetic roll for a resin coater is provided to prevent the permanent magnet for erroneously assembling due to a repulsive force and an attractive force by using a permanent magnet assemble jig. CONSTITUTION: A lower circular plate(10) is provided with a first through hole(13) corresponding to a bolt hole(3) of a divided magnet roll(1). The divided magnet roll(1) is placed on the lower circular plate(10). A lower fixing bracket(20) is inserted into a lower placing groove(15) of the lower circular plate(10) to wrap the lower portion of a magnet groove(5) of the divided magnet roll(1). An assemble roll(30) is provided with an assemble hole(33) corresponding to the bolt hole(3) and a magnet inserting groove(35) corresponding to the magnet groove(5), which is formed on the circumference of the assemble roll(30). An upper circular plate(40) is provided with a second through hole(43) corresponding to the assemble hole(33) and coupled with a plurality of inserting bolts(45) for pushing a permanent magnet arranged on the magnet inserting groove(35) to the magnet groove.
