PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel silicone gel composition that can quickly and easily spread over a skin to form a silicone gel film that imparts even spreading, good slipperiness, no stickiness and little gloss, maintaining desirable matte appearance during the coating period. SOLUTION: This improved and novel silicone gel composition comprises at least one low molecular weight volatile organosilicone and at least one elastomeric silicone composition contained as the matrix. The elastomeric silicone is obtained by crosslinking (1) a polydimethylsiloxane with a vinyl end group, (2) a polydimethylsiloxane with a hydrogenated end group, (3) a vinyl functional organosilicone resin, and (4) a silicone compound with a hydrogenated end group, in the presence of a platinum-base catalyst.
