PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic fuel injection valve having a structure capable of splitting injected fuel spray and injecting in multiple directions. SOLUTION: In this electromagnetic fuel injection valve 1, a fuel whirling member 8 to provide whirling force to fuel is provided on the upstream side of a fuel injection hole 11 for injecting fuel, and a protruded part 12 to disconnect the fuel spray is provided on the downstream side of the fuel injection hole 11. The fuel spray 18 is thus split to be injected in multiple directions.
