PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front wheel accelerating device of a work vehicle allowing easy recognition of a mounting state or an operating state of a plate and an engaging part from the front side of the car body, and exchange of the plate and the engaging part from the front side of the car body. SOLUTION: This front wheel accelerating device 4 of the work vehicle switches front wheels 1 from a first driving state to a second driving state when a steering amount of the vehicle becomes a predetermined value or more. The acceleration device comprises a hydraulic cylinder (hydraulic chamber) or the car body side plate having a relative invariable position with the hydraulic cylinder, and a part having a cam groove 3b between it and a piston 7 of the hydraulic cylinder, and a pin 10 engaging with the cam groove 3b. An operation of a part engaging part (pin 10) having the cam groove 3b is transmitted to a driving transmission 6 for the front wheels by a telescopic operation of the piston 7 of the hydraulic cylinder to switch the front wheels 1 from the first driving state to the second driving state.
