PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of an abnormal sound (noise) due to the dimensional dispersion (rattling) of a self-rotation preventing mechanism. SOLUTION: In assembling, a pin in a front housing side (fixed side) in the self-rotation preventing mechanism is positioned and fixed in a displacement state reverse to the rotation direction by the dimensional dispersion (rattling) of the self-rotation preventing mechanism relative to an ideal state with the dimensional dispersion (rattling) of the self-rotation preventing mechanism set to zero. This constitution makes the dimension of a moment M1 by a compressive reaction the same as the direction of a moment M2 by a frictional force so as to stabilize the behavior of the turning scroll 105. This constitution can prevent the turning scroll 105 from rotating like swinging (vibrating) so as to prevent the generation of the abnormal sound (noise) due to the dimensional dispersion (rattling) of the self-rotation preventing mechanism 109.
