PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container capable of storing and supplying either a high viscous cosmetic or medical product in a sanitary and clean manner. SOLUTION: This supplying device is of a pot-like unit having an axis X. A first end segment is a bottom 13 and a second end segment is opening 9. A discharging element 50 is arranged at an upper part of the product so as to form a flow passage 58 comprised of at least one inlet orifice 57 positioned in a plane which is not perpendicular to the axis X and an outlet orifice 59 arranged to be spaced apart by a certain distance at least partially against the inlet orifice 57. The outlet orifice 59 is positioned at least partially over the inlet orifice 57. The discharging element 50 is turned above the product to enable the product to be taken out of the outlet orifice 59.
