PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stapler wherein a metal-made part is not used excepting a staple for a cassette on which the staple is loaded, staple-striking and staple- feed are surely carried out, a structure is simple, and its manufacturing is sufficed by a small number of processes. SOLUTION: The stapler 1 has a handle 2, a cassette holder with which a staple cassette 6 is engaged, a bellows means 13 which is pinchingly attached to the handle 2 and the cassette holder, and an elastic means 14 for putting the handle 2 aside in a direction of being separated from the cassette holder. Ducts 15 and 16 of the bellows means are open to the cassette holder, and when the staple cassette 6 is engaged with the cassette holder, both are engaged with each other while airtightness is kept by an airtightness means 20. The staple cassette 6 has a staple pushing means at a rear end of the stapler, and air flowing out from the bellow means 13 pushes the staple pushing means by pushing with the handle 2 to move the staple in a pushing out direction.
