Disclosed herein are pyrimidine substituted compounds of general formulae I-a & I-b, processes for their preparation, compositions comprising said compounds and uses thereof. Said compounds are useful as inhibitors of protein kinase, particularly BTK, JAK3 and TEC-kinase and as such are useful in the treatment of autoimmune disease, heretoimmune disease, inflammatory disease, cancer, disease of the bone and joints, a thromboembolic disorder, a neurodegenerative disorder, or a solid or hematologic malignancy. |
