The present invention relates to a biofilm filtration device for treating washing water, and to an apparatus for treating washing water using the same. According to the present invention, the apparatus for treating washing water can obtain a water quality suitable for a water quality reference of effluent, by efficiently purifying the washing water generated in processes of extracting the oil of the cow, managing the device and the facility of oil extraction, cleaning the facility and the floor of an oil extraction room, and cleaning a pen.
