PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simultaneous measurement method of mRNA of a plurality of different molecule series for the same kind of protein and a kit housing body for it. SOLUTION: This kit housing body used for simultaneously measuring mRNA of a plurality of different molecular species for the same protein by polymerase chain reaction is provided with housing holes housing a plurality of kits each including a primer pair and a probe for measuring different molecular series mRNA individually. The kits allowing the polymerase chain reaction under the same condition are combined for the kits housed in the kit housing body.
