PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of electric power by reducing a heater power supply chance while preventing overcooling of a cooling chamber. SOLUTION: Damper closing reference temperature Tc1 is set to be lower than damper opening reference temperature Top, and heater controlling target temperature Th is set to be lower than damper closing reference temperature Tc1. When changeover chamber detection temperature by a temperature sensor exceeds the damper opening reference temperature Top, the damper is released. When the same becomes lower than the damper closing reference temperature Tc1, the damper is closed. On the conditions that the changeover chamber detection temperature by the temperature sensor under the conditions of the damper being closed is lower than the heater controlling target temperature Th, power is supplied to the heater. On the conditions that the changeover detection temperature exceeds the heater controlling target temperature Th, the power supply to the heater is interrupted. |
