APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SLAG SKIMMING

Suggested are an apparatus and a method for skimming slag. The apparatus for skimming slag comprises: a ladle which receives molten iron therein; a cooling water sprayer which sprays cooling water to the molten iron in the ladle; and a slag skimmer which skims the slag floating on the molten iron in the ladle. As such, the present invention reduces a slag skimming time.
