PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for defective weft removal by which a defective weft is pulled out from a warp opening and the defective weft is surely removed. SOLUTION: In this method for defective weft removal of a shuttleless loom by which the defective weft 14a is wound on a rotator, pulled out from the warp opening 41a and discharged, the defective weft 14a to be wound on a winding face 62 of a rotation body 52 to be rotated is wound on the rotation body 52 dividedly in a plenty of times and the wound defective weft 14a is discharged at each winding.
