PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved circuit where matching of a real number part on the input side of an imaginary number part can surely and easily be taken by an output side by providing a matching circuit on the input side of a balun. SOLUTION: The output of a high frequency or very high frequency band of an oscillation part 1 is given high frequency power amplification by an amplifier 2 and connected to an output terminal through a matching circuit 3 provided on the input side of the balun, the balun T1 and a matching circuit 4 provided on the output side of the balun. A control circuit 5 ON/OFF-controls the part 1 and adjusts variable capacitors VC1 and VC2 so as to take matching automatically in accordance with a treating place. The capacitors VC1 and VC2 use a variable capacitor or the many capacitors of different capacities by relaying or switching them with a switch.
