PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a pachinko game ball shooting device which does not require a circular guide member to guide a pachinko ball and is compact with a reduced number of parts. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a shooting arm 3 having a ball receiving bowl 4 for receiving the pachinko ball supplied from a pachinko ball supply vessel 2, a motor 9 for rotating the shooting arm 3 and a rotation control means for controlling the rotation of the motor 9. The ball receiving bowl is provided with a structure where the ball is not moved in a radiant direction even when centrifugal force with the rotation of the shooting arm 3 acts on the ball and the rotation control means starts rotation at a ball receiving position S where the ball is received and rapidly stops the rotation of the shooting arm at a ball shooting position F so that the ball is shot by an inertia force. The circular guide member for guiding the ball is not required since the ball receiving bowl 4 is provided with the structure where the ball is not moved in the radiant direction even when centrifugal force with the rotation of the shooting arm 3 acts on the ball. Concerning shooting the ball, the rotation control means rapidly stops the rotation of the shooting arm, then the ball is shot from the ball receiving bowl 4 at the ball shooting position F in a prescribed direction.
