PURPOSE: A shock absorbing device of buffer heads for safely resting a bucket is provided which absorbs shocks generated in the process that a charging bucket is being rested on buffer heads so as to prevent damage of bellows of the buffer heads. CONSTITUTION: In buffer heads consisting of vertical cylinders which are parallel to each other and mounted on both sides of the upper part of dry type fire extinguishers, pistons(130) which are inserted into the vertical cylinders so that the pistons(130) are ascended, and on the upper surface of which a charging bucket is rested, and bellows which are installed on moving paths of the pistons(130) so as to cutout leakage of a cylinder oil, the shock absorbing device of buffer heads for safely resting a bucket is characterized in that rotation heads(10) changing slip generated during the process of safely resting the charging bucket through upper and lower ball covers(14,15) which are axially rotated along left and right fixing bands(12,13) around the central shaft of rotation balls(11) are mounted on the upper part of the pistons(130), and guide units(20) which are ascended or descended along guiders equipped at side parts of the bellows, and buffered through springs(22,22') that are wound along the surrounding surfaces of the pistons(130) so as to guide ascending or descending of the bellows are mounted on the side surface parts of the pistons(130).
