PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling a nebulizer as a medical device for treatment of bronchial asthma for maximizing the therapeutic effect of the nebulizer by setting the usage time of the device according to body conditions such as diseases and physical constitution of a user is provided, thereby preventing side effects caused by excess usage of the device. CONSTITUTION: The controlling apparatus comprises: a power source part(2) for DC and AC; a control part(3) containing a microcomputer, CPU or the like to control a switching means and a pump; an input sensor part(100) for setting and controlling exact pressure(injection strength and amount when injecting) according to disease characteristics and physical constitution of a user; a relay part(6) for switching the injection strength and amount of air or saline water; an air pump part(7) for sucking air; an LED part for lighting a lamp; and a buzzer part(5) for emitting sounds.
