PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wasteful water supply and water storage by configuring the overflow paths responded to jet washing and immersion washing, respectively in a washing machine in which both washing methods are executable.SOLUTION: There is provided a washing machine 1 for washing an object to be washed housed in a washing tank 2 by spraying a liquid to the object or immersing the object in the liquid. The washing machine comprises: the washing tank 2 in which the object is housed; the washing nozzles 3 spraying the liquid to the object in the washing tank 2; a liquid storage part 4 connected to a lower part in the washing tank 2; a water supply means 5 supplying water to the liquid storage part 4; a water discharge means 6 discharging water from the liquid storage part 4; and a circulation means 8 circulating and supplying the liquid in the storage part 4 to the washing nozzles 3. The overflow paths 17a, 17b discharging the liquid out of the tank 2 are connected to the tank 2 in plural heights, and an overflow valve 18 is openably provided to the overflow path 17b other than the uppermost part among plural overflow paths.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
