SOLUTION: An opening A for installing a header 10 with a plurality of water supply outlets is provided, and a flexible jacket pipe is guided from a water meter 2 to the opening A. A flexible through pipe is inserted in the jacket pipe, and then the through pipe is connected to the water meter 2 and the header 10 to lay the feed water pipe between the water meter 2 and the header 10. A flexible jacket pipe is guided from the header 10 to each of a plurality of faucets, and a flexible through pipe is inserted in the jacket pipe and then connected to the water supply outlet of the header 10 and each faucet to lay the feed pipe between the header 10 and the faucet.
