PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability and maintenance performance of an external surface including an exterior-wall surface and a roof surface, and to effectively control heat by solar radiation. SOLUTION: In an external facing material 1, both surface and rear are formed as finished surfaces 1a and 1b for the external facing of a building. The finished surfaces of the surface and the rear have different specifications, particularly the finished surfaces are composed of the reflecting surface 1a having a function capable of reflecting solar radiation and the absorbing surface 1b having a function capable of absorbing solar radiation. |
