PURPOSE: A snow chain is provided to be mounted on a peripheral surface of a tire for simplifying the mounting of the snow chain and preventing the damage of the tire and the wheel, wherein the degradation of the riding comfort is minimized even when the snow chain is mounted. CONSTITUTION: A snow chain includes pads(111,112) for surrounding outer peripheral surface of a tire(181), a plurality of spikes(121,122) formed on outer peripheral surfaces of the pads, a plurality of fixing pins(131) formed on inner peripheral surfaces of the pads to be inserted into tread grooves(182) of the tire, and coupling elements(141) provided at both ends of the pads for surrounding the pads on a peripheral surface of the tire to fix the pads.
