PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately detect a signal component even when a photoelectric current IPD is small. SOLUTION: This light receiving circuit is provided with a photodiode PD, a biasing means for making the bias voltage of the photodiode PD zero volt, a FET2 for detecting the cathode voltage of the photodiode PD, and an operational amplifier OP1 for converting current through the photodiode PD into voltage on the basis of the output of the FET. |
