PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel a differencial pressure and simplify a structure by constituting a valve plate by a first valve plate with a valve opening and a second valve plate provided on the first valve plate through a bellows. SOLUTION: A gate valve according to this invention comprises the first valve plate 1 having the valve opening 1c and the second valve plate 1A provided on the first valve plate 1 through a first bellows 12 to reduce the rigidity or the like of structures of the valve plate and a valve stem or the like compared to the conventional structures of them by cancelling a differencial pressure.
