PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer method by which data through a channel are encrypted and the encrypted data are outputted to a channel, the encrypted data received from the channel are subjected to decode processing and the decoded data are outputted to a channel while encryption is hardly decoded. SOLUTION: A plain text generating means 102 is provided between a 1st encryption means 19 and a channel 7, an application 101 applies 3rd encryption to information entered by a computer user to generate 1st data and outputs the 1st data to the plain text generating means 102 via the channel 7. The plain text generating means 102 decodes the received data subjected to the 3rd encryption to generate 1st plain text data. The 1st encryption means encrypts the 1st plain text data to generate 1st encrypted data and outputs the 1st encrypted data to the application 101 via the channel 7.
