CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing high moldability, high strength, low carbon cold rolled steel plate is comprised of a homogenization process step of aluminum killed steel composed of C:0.03-0.10 wt percent, Si;0.5-1.5 wt percent, P and S: less than 0.2 wt percent, N: less than 0.004 wt percent, Al:0.02-0.06 wt percent, Mn:1.0-2.0 wt percent(especially, the weight ration of Si/C is adjusted to a value more than 10), remainder Fe and other inevitable impurities at 1050-1300deg.C; a finishing rolling step at 850-950deg.C; a hot rolling winding step performed at 450-650deg.C; and an annealing step at 750-880deg.C.
