PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article gathering mechanism capable of smoothly gathering articles downward in the article gathering mechanism of a meter for gathering the article discharged from plural places by being weighed. SOLUTION: This meter is a meter having the article gathering mechanism. The article gathering mechanism is a mechanism for gathering the articles discharged from the plural places by being measured, and has a forcedly gathering discharging part 7d composed of plural side walls 31 to 34. The respective side walls 31 to 34 extend vertically or obliquely, and introduce the articles downward. The first side wall 31 is a vertical conveyor, and forcedly transfers the articles downward.
