PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil circulation device for an engine formed capable of storing heat generated by the engine until a next starting time, starting warming-up operation almost simultaneously with the starting of the engine, and rapidly warming up. SOLUTION: An oil tank 1e is divided into a heat insulation tank 3 and a main tank 2. After the starting of the engine 1, oil stored in the heat insulation tank 3 is circulated until an oil temperature reaches a given value. At a temperature higher than a given temperature, oil in the main tank 2 is circulated, therefore warming can be started almost simultaneously with the starting of the engine 1, whereby warming of the engine can be quickened, the friction loss of the engine is reduced, a fuel consumption is reduced, and exhaust gas can be purified.
