PURPOSE:To improve a clamping condition and eliminate chattering cut by providing a fixed clamp head at the front end of a raw material near a cutter and providing multiple movable clamp heads on the opposite side. CONSTITUTION:One clamp head 1 per clamper step is provided on the side receiving the maximum cutting component of force as a fixed clamper to clamp the front end of a raw material C near a cutter. Multiple movable clamp heads 2a, 2b are provided on the opposite side, two of them are arranged near the upper and lower ends of the raw material C and others are arranged uniformly up and down. In addition, a fixed clamp head 1 is arranged at nearly an intermediate height between those of the clamp heads 2a, 2b with movable upper and lower ends to clamp the cutting end of the raw material, thus cutting can be performed with no chatter. |
