<p>The invention relates to a vehicle chassis, a fastening arrangement and a fixing piece. Longitudinal beams (1) and transverse beams (2) of a vehicle are arranged on different levels relative to each other, and thereby, as distinct from prior art chassis structures, the transverse beams may extend as uniform pieces from a first side of the vehicle to its second side. At the intersection of a longitudinal beam and a transverse beam there is provided a plate-like fixing piece (5) separately fastened to both of the intersecting chassis beams and transferring the forces between the beams.</p> |
