PURPOSE: An installation structure of door glass of a vehicle is provided to prevent damage of door glass to the utmost and to prevent door glass from being drifted from the door glass holder. CONSTITUTION: In an installation structure of door glass of a vehicle fixing a door glass to a door glass holder with a coupling bolt, a door glass-coupling unit(32) is formed to a glass holder(30) and a door glass(36) stuck fast with a protector(34) is formed to the door glass-coupling unit. A coupling bolt(38) is coupled to the door glass-coupling unit and the holder body, and the door glass holder and the door glass are coupled at a body. Boltholes are formed to the upper and lower part of the door glass holder. The protector has a door glass contact unit in the middle and a door glass-inserting hole to a side. The protector made of rubber has embossing. A projection for fitting formed to the other side of the door glass-inserting hole is installed to the hole formed to the side of the door glass and fixed to the bolthole of the door glass holder with the coupling bolt.
