DETENT APPARATUS OF ROTARY SWITCH

PURPOSE: A detent apparatus of a rotary switch is provided to reduce the number of components and improve an assembling feature by forming a detent structure between a contact hold and a stator using one spring rod. CONSTITUTION: A contact holder(60) is connected and rotated to a knob. A stator(70) is connected to a lever side. A plurality of detent grooves(75) are formed at a surface of the contact holder(60). Both ends of a spring rod(85) are fixed to the contact holder(60). The spring rod(85) includes a plurality of protrusions(81a) which contact with the plurality of detent grooves(75). The plurality of protrusions(81a) are formed at a support member. A fixture(85) is inserted into an inner side of the contact holder(60). A U shaped groove is formed at the contact holder(60). The support member of the spring rod(80) is located in the U shaped groove. The fixture(85) of the spring rod(80) is fixed into a plurality holes.
