PURPOSE: An incentive escrow EC(Electric Commerce) system is provided to compensate a demerit of the EC to buy a product without seeing the product by providing a tools paying the product price to a shopping mall operation company and paying the product price to a resident shopping mall in case that a return of the product does not occurred. CONSTITUTION: The incentive escrow EC system comprises a DB(600), a system operation program, an ARS server(520), a web server(510), a payment server(530), a DB server including a DB and a DBMS(Database Management System). The DB comprises a member information table, an order information table, a payment information table, a delivery information table, a product information table, a supplier information table, a stock information table, a code information table and an incentive information table. The system operation program comprises the DBMS(100), an ARS(Automatic Response System) order module(210), a web order module(230) and a reception management module(250).
