PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery that can surely discharge a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery to low SOC while using a conventional inspection device (charging and discharging equipment).SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery has an inspection voltage adjusting step (STEP-302) for discharging a secondary battery after an initial charging step (STEP-301) to adjust the initial value (initial voltage V0) of a battery voltage at the measurement starting time of a voltage drop amountΔV to a low SOC state. In the inspection voltage adjusting step (STEP-302), a target voltage Vc as a battery voltage when the discharge of the secondary battery is finished is set to a voltage value lower than a voltage Vb corresponding to SOC0% which is set as the lower limit value of a battery voltage at which a device using a secondary battery can be actuated, and the secondary battery is discharged until the battery voltage thereof reaches the target voltage Vc. |
