PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder molding device capable of reducing a disposition space in driving a plurality of punches independently by a driving shaft respectively. SOLUTION: In the powder molding device wherein a powder molding space 2a is formed of a die 5 and upper and lower punch units 6, 7 disposed so as to oppose to each other through interposing the die 5, and the upper and lower punch units are made to drive independently by driving shafts 15, 18, 22, 27 respectively to carry out press-molding, an upper second driving shaft (inner- cylinder) 18 is inserted into an upper first driving shaft (hollow outer cylinder) 15 of the upper first and second panches 6a, 6b so as to be capable of relatively moving in the axial direction.
