PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool to be used for physical exercise and pointillage in common which is provided with a function for pointillage as a pointillage tool in a form settable to a stomach, and the function of a dumb-bell, e.g. for muscle training of arms, legs, or the like. SOLUTION: The tool to be used for physical exercise and pointillage in common consists of a dumb-bell-type tool body 1 with holes 2 and projections 3 for pointillage provided at least on a one face of this tool body and the many projections are formed on the whole of the one face of the tool body. Consequently, a pointillage effect is exhibited while varying and expanding stimulation by using the weight of the dumb-bell-type tool body and the many projections formed on this tool body. The effects of a pointillage tool and/or aerobic exercise are attained by varying and expanding a using method thereof.
