PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that only one choice of a decrease in area of a lens plate to decrease the size of a cabinet and an increase in area thereof to increase the size of the cabinet though the former causes such a problem that an illumination brightness is lowered and the latter causes such a problem that a design problem occurs since the ratio of the area of the lens plate to the area of a roof becomes large. SOLUTION: This room lamp for vehicle comprises a lamp 2 stored in the cabinet 1, a push switch 4 for controlling the flashing of the lamp fixed into the cabinet, and the lens plate 5 rotatably pivoted at the end of an opening part in the cabinet. The on and off of the push switch is performed by pressing down the lens plate to flash the lamp. |
