<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific carbon nano tube device and its manufacturing method by improving handling property of a carbon nano tube, and to provide a refining method of the carbon nano tube device capable of refining only the carbon nano tube. SOLUTION: In this carbon nano tube device including at least the carbon nano tube and its manufacturing method, at least part of the carbon nano tube includes a curve along a surface shape of a particle. In this refining method of the carbon nano tube device, the carbon nano tube and the particle are dispersed in a dispersion medium and composed to provide a carbon nano tube- particle complex in which the carbon nano tube is wounded around the particle, and the carbon nano tube-particle complex is separated to refine the carbon nano tube.</p> |
