摘要 PURPOSE: A method and a device for preventing or reducing deformation of the lower edge part of the coil during high temperature annealing treatment of grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet coil are provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for preventing the coil edge from deforming in annealing process of grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet coil comprises the processes of coiling the coil(6) by maintaining current of reel motor for coiling the grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet coil to the range of 59 to 62 amperes; bending the lower edge part of the coiled coil(6) using bands(3,4) by maintaining banding pressure for the coil(6) to the range of 2 to 3 kg/mm¬2; and performing high temperature annealing treatment on the coil by laying down a banding completed coil(6) on a coil laying part consisted of elastic small grain zircon bubbles. In an apparatus for loading and supporting grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet coil so that high temperature annealing treatment is performed on the coil, the apparatus for preventing the coil edge from deforming in annealing process of the grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet coil comprises a guide ring(13) which has a larger diameter than the coil(6) formed, and which is formed on the upper surface of a base(11); a supporting ring(14) which is formed inside the guide ring(13) that is the central part of the base(11), and on which a steel sleeve(5) inserted into the inner diameter of the coil(6) is laid down to be fixed to the supporting ring(14); and a coil laying part(12) which is formed between the guide ring(13) and supporting ring(14) and consisted of elastic small grain zircon bubbles.
