PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device that eliminates the necessity of putting a distance between the exothermic body of the primary side circuit and the temperature detecting body of the secondary side circuit, and enables low cost and small size and prevents the fir or smoke of the device, and a fixing device and an image forming device having this heating device.
