PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a money collection mechanism applicable to the money collection of a member organization, which is neither a private body nor a corporate body, or money collecting chances generated irregularly or at low frequency. SOLUTION: This money collecting proxy system is provided with a necessary data receiving means receiving necessary data on the money collection from an organization director, when the director of the member organization collects the money from the members pertained thereto, a transfer notification letter sending means sending transfer notification letters to members to be collected the money using the necessary data, a transfer data receiving means receiving the transfer data of the transfer by the respective members, and a receipt persons list preparation means preparing a receipt person list based on the necessary data and the received transfer data.
