PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cup-type coil winding machine which is capable of automatically and accurately winding a wire into a micro-coil, and electrically controlling a drive motor used for winding a wire. SOLUTION: A cup-type coil forming winding machine is equipped with a winding jig 1 which forms a coil, reeling up a wire, two spatulas 2 and 3 which are arranged in symmetry about the winding jig and separate from each other by a distance of the length of a coil in the axial direction of the winding jig, a motor 31 which rotates the winding jig and the spatulas 2 and 3 in the same direction, a nozzle 4 which feeds a wire to the winding jig for reciprocating in the axial direction of the winding jig 1, and a nozzle drive motor where an electric control means which enables the winding jig to advance in angle of rotation to the spatulas by an angle corresponding to the size of the wire for each turn is provided between the winding jig and the spatulas. |
