PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem of a prior art such that the allowance of the number of revolutions is narrowed since an angular-contact ball bearing has been usually employed to a bearing for a rapidly spinning body, and this has caused a decrease in the number of a natural oscillation of a spinning body due to the reduction in size of the diameter of a rotating shaft, such that the refill of a lubricant has been indispensable for a long time operation due to the use of grease as a lubricant, and such that an actuating fluid around the bearing has been possibly contaminated by lubricating. SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem, the spinning body S is kept in a non-contact state by use of a thrust bearing section T comprising an upper- journal bearing section U, a lower-journal bearing section K and a gas bearing, without the use of a ball bearing.
